This WSJ/Harris Interactive Poll reported that Americans think that medical imaging is worth it-because it saves lives and money.
  • The poll found that nearly one-third of adults believe that new technologies such as digital imaging devices and electronic medical records are worth the money because they will improve patient care.

  • The poll also reported that 36 percent of Americans believe these technologies will ultimately reduce the costs of medical care.
